Obligations as a Wonena International Seller

Before you begin selling on an Wonena store website in a country outside your business location, you must provide a bank account and/or Paypal account in a country supported by Wonena in order to get paid. In addition, understand the laws that apply to you as a seller on our website, and you must only list and sell products that :

  • You are permitted to sell,
  • You are able to deliver to the customer on time, every time with no customer surprises, and
  • You are able to support after the sale.

The following apply for each product you offer, promote or sell on the Wonena website:

  • Customer Expectations: Ensure accurate information is provided to customers regarding the shipping location of your products. Maintain an updated shipping address in your seller profile and communicate realistic shipping times based on your location. It is your responsibility to meet the shipping expectations for all orders received.
  • Delivery to the Customer: Utilize reliable shipping methods to ensure timely delivery of purchases to customers. Avoid subjecting customers to customs delays and additional duties or taxes on their purchases. Comply with all import and export obligations, including payment of applicable duties and customs fees. Customers should receive their orders exactly as placed, without any unexpected charges or fees, and within the estimated delivery date specified on the Wonena store website.
  • Customer Service: Be prepared to promptly respond to customer inquiries in English or through Wonena in Spanish. Customers anticipate efficient and helpful service regarding product inquiries or concerns. Maintain a team of customer service specialists who possess thorough knowledge of your products, can track shipment status, and can respond promptly (within 24 hours) to customer emails in the language corresponding to the Wonena store website where you are registered to sell.
  • Right to Sell: Ensure that you have the authorization to offer, promote, and sell the product on the designated website. Recognize that laws vary between countries and even within them. As the seller, it is your responsibility to confirm that you are legally permitted to present offers for your products to potential customers. Always verify:
    • Your product can be legally exported and imported to each prospective customer according to relevant laws.
    • Your product adheres to local consumer protection, product compliance, and environmental regulations. This includes meeting age restrictions, providing product documentation in the local language where applicable, ensuring product safety and certifications, and complying with hazardous materials restrictions and labeling requirements.
    • The sale and delivery of your product will not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others, such as the product manufacturer.

  • Taxes: You bear full responsibility for (i) assessing the applicability of any taxes, (ii) managing the payment of taxes owed, and (iii) reporting Intrastate activities to the relevant tax authority. It is your duty to fulfill any GST/VAT obligations, including those in the destination country of your product deliveries, as well as any other relevant jurisdictions.
Your Selling Agreement: You will always comply with the terms and conditions of your Wonena Seller Agreement.
