Wonena Customer Returns for international sales

When handling international returns for orders shipped to customers in the United States, you must select one of the following return methods based on your default return address:

For International Sellers with a Default US Return Address:

  1. Wonena’s Prepaid Returns Service: If you have a default US return address, you must utilize Wonena’s prepaid returns service. For items returned using this service, it is imperative to keep your return address updated, maintain accurate weight and size information for your products, and issue refunds within two business days upon receiving the returned item. Additionally, for items not covered by Wonena’s prepaid returns, you have the option to provide your own prepaid return shipping label to US customers.
  2. Returnless Refund: Offer a full refund without requiring the return of the item.

For International Sellers without a Default US Return Address:

  1. Automated Returnless Refund: If you fulfill customer orders in the US from outside the country and do not have a default US return address, Wonena will automatically issue a returnless refund for eligible returns amounting to $25 or less, without the need for the item to be returned.
  2. Returnless Refund: For return items exceeding $25, you may offer a full refund without requesting the return of the item.
  3. Provide Prepaid International Return Shipping: Supply your own prepaid return mailing label for return requests from the stores where you sell. 
  4. Enroll with Wonena as a Service Provider: If you lack a local return address, Wonena can receive the products on your behalf. By agreeing to this option, you will be automatically enrolled in the Wonena Prepaid Return Label program.
  5. Automated Refunds: Failure to offer any of the aforementioned return methods within five days of a return request may result in Wonena refunding the customer on your behalf and reselling the product at a price we determine to recoveer the investment. This process will be carried out after suspending your sales until the refund procedure is clarified.

Important: For international returns, the cost of return shipping is always the seller’s responsibility, even for faulty returns. If you offer a domestic return option, you are not obligated to refund the cost of the original shipping for faulty returns. For faulty returns, you must also refund the cost of the original shipping.
