Refund policy

Products from WONENA must be returned in a pristine, unused, and unaltered state. This entails keeping any affixed tags (both product and security tags) intact, along with any applicable hygiene seals and associated accessories. These accessories encompass, but are not restricted to: protective bags, garment bags, detachable accessories or appendages, and spare components.
Footwear | When trying on shoes, it is advised to do so on a carpeted surface to safeguard the soles. The shoebox is an integral part of the product and should be preserved by placing it within an external shipping container during the return process. Please do so to avoid non-acceptance of the return. |
Intimate Apparel & Swimwear | Briefs, swimsuits, and bikini bottoms should be tested while wearing underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip. |
Bags | If you are undecided about keeping a light-colored bag or accessory, kindly handle it with care. Be aware that darker clothing items might transfer dye to lighter ones. |
In addition to the product itself, the packaging and accompanying documents should also be returned. This involves the original brand packaging, distinct from WONENA's packaging. Furthermore, products should be sent back with their initial protective packaging to prevent damage during the return transit.
As for product documentation, this comprises all the certificates of authenticity, grading, and/or warranty cards. Items must be returned using the return label that you receive upon request. We are committed to a paperless policy and avoid printing unnecessary return labels.
There is a 14-day return window. The shipping cost initially paid (if there was any) is non-refundable. Items in sale are non-refundable or exchanged, unless there is a quality defect.
Wonena reserves the right to deny completely a refund if the items have been worn, soiled, laundered, or altered in any way. A restocking fee may apply, depending on the product.
To initiate a return, please click here and initiate your return request. Once your return request is approved, we will send the shipping labels in 1 or 2 business days. Item(s) must be returned within 5 days of the return label being issued.
Once the returned items are delivered, please allow us between 2-4 business days to complete the refund process from our end. All refunds will be issued directly to the payment method. Please note that there could be a delay before your financial institution makes the funds accessible in your account.
